Trademarks, Copyrights & Patents

The message/logos shown in our literature are for illustration purposes only. These items may only be purchased through the company or representative of that company owning the rights to the logo or message. The party ordering a specific logo/imprint copy agrees not to hold Self Image liable for any infringement on a trademark, copyright or patent.

Terms and Conditions

1) (a) The undersigned purchaser represents to Self Image that it is duly authorised by the owner or licensee of all artwork, trademarks, copyrights or other designs to use and reproduce the material being submitted to Self Image.

(b) The purchaser represents that if necessary, it has taken appropriate measures to be duly authorised and licensed by any owner of any copyrighted or trademarked materials submitted.

(c) The purchaser shall save, defend, and hold harmless, Self Image for any violation of these warranties, or representations or violations of any applicable trademarks or copyrights.

2) Whilst every effort is undertaken to provide colours as close as possible to design/logo submitted, the Purchaser understands that colour variations may occur.

3) The mats are to be used indoor and will not accept any responsibility if used outside or in direct sunshine.

4) Due to the manufacturing process of the mats, the company cannot guarantee that each mat is perfectly square or to the exact specified size.

5) Product lines which are not normally stocked, e.g. special colour dyes (mixed or bought in especially for the customer) or where a production has been completed, render this order irrevocable and no cancellation can be accepted.

6 If a production has been started but not completed, the company accepts cancellation of the non-completed portion of the order only.

7) Full cancelations can only be accepted if received by the company in writing – prior to the commencement of production.

8) In the event of the company being able to supply part of this order and the company accepts cancelation of that; part cancelation applies to such part only.

9) In the case of where a sample mat is required the purchaser that in the event that the purchaser does not proceed with the order, the sample mat is chargeable at the face value of the mat e.g. Single mat price.

10) where carpet or product is supplied by another person we take no responsibility for colour fastness or any other defects – in this case the purchaser shall save, defend, and hold harmless Self Image.

11) The company liability in respect of defects in materials and components used in the manufacture of any product supplied by the time of delivery and shall be limited by the warranties and guarantees given by the suppliers of such materials and components and shall at all times be subject to acknowledgement by the supplier of the existence of such defect.

12) The company will use its best endeavours to secure the delivery of the material within the estimated time but does not guarantee the time of delivery and shall be under no liability of damages or under any other bases of delay in delivery. It is expressly agreed that the time shall not be the essence of this agreement.

13) The client agrees that the goods purchased are to be delivered in different stages, then full amount of the materials are to be paid on delivery of the first stage unless otherwise agreed.

14) Payment terms: - Prior agreement shall be agreed upon prior to printing. If you are not an account holder with Self Image, full payment is required prior to printing
